Training Programs 

Endurance Program: $150/month*

  • Athlete initiation includes consultation on past performances, athletic history, job and lifestyle analysis, time constraints, future race planning, gear/equipment discussions, and trainingpeaks.com setup
  • Bike retro-fit conducted once a year at client’s request
  • One resting metabolic rate and one exercise metabolic testing (VO2 max or anaerobic threshold) session to establish dietary and HR/power zones conducted annually at client request
  • Training plan review/adjustment conducted once per month
  • Athlete-initiated communication once per week
  • Workouts delivered via http://www.trainingpeaks.com

Performance Program: $275/month*

  • Two (2) "retro-fit" bike fits conducted annually at client’s request

  • digital videography of swim, bike, and run technique conducted annually at client’s request
  • Power and HR analysis conducted via WKO+ software
  • Heart rate and/or power zones reviewed monthly
  • Plan review/adjustment conducted bi-weekly
  • Unlimited athlete-initiated communication
  • Workouts delivered via http://www.trainingpeaks.com

Additional Services

one-on-one discussion: $50/hr  

For self-coached athletes or those who just have some nagging questions, these are a great way to get the "why and how" regarding training, guidance on race strategy, or season planning and tapering techniques

technique analysis: $75/hr

  • designed to help you swim, bike, or run faster and with better efficiency while limiting your chance for injury 
  • we discuss any concerns or limitations you may have and examine your current technique.  During and after the session you will recieve comments, suggested drills, and other feedback specific to you where you want to go
  • DVD with with select footage and coach comments will be provided to you within five business days
  • swimming and indoor running sessions are conducted at the YMCA Healthy Living Center in Clive, IA
