What it is
Volume of maximal oxygen uptake to be utilized by working muscles. This is a predictor of current and future athletic performance
How we test
Using a state-of-the-art metabolic system, you will undergo progressively harder resistance levels while we monitor key metrics to determine anaerobic threshold, training zones, oxygen consumption, and carbohydrate utilization
This test can be done for cycling by using your personal bike and our in-house CompuTrainer or for running by using a treadmill

What it is
This at-rest test measures the caloric burn rate your body exhibits, as defined by how many calories burned per day of carbohydrates and fats. This is the minimum amount of calories needed per each day to function
How we test
Conducted in comfortable clothing and following a simple pre-test protocol of eating with no physical activity, you sit with your feet elevated and noise-cancelling headset on while your data is being collected
To get an accurate analysis, you must fast for 12 hours prior to testing, excluding water
